Storage

Store in a plastic bag, in the refrigerator. Our Salad Mix is prewash and is ready to eat. It is best eaten within a few days, but will keep for up to a week.

Cooking Tips

Our golden frills mix makes a great salad but can also be quickly sauteed with garlic or added into a bowl of ramen. It is a bold mix of salad greens that will want a more flavorful dressing. These greens also hold up well to being tossed into a grain salad, a lentil salad, or whatever you like to eat in a bowl with an egg on top.
