Your Guide to a Great CSA Experience
CSA Farm-Member Agreement: Terms of service. Welcome to Ananda Gardens! We are thrilled to have you join our Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of our CSA membership to ensure a clear understanding between our farm and our members. 1. Becoming a Part of Our Farm By joining our CSA, you are supporting our farm and sharing in the bounty and risks of the growing season. Your membership helps us plan for the season, purchase seeds and supplies, and pay for labor. 2. Our Growing Practices: At Ananda Gardens, we are committed to organic, sustainable, and regenerative farming practices. We do not use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers. Our goal is to nurture the soil, protect the environment, and provide you with the freshest, healthiest produce possible. 3. The Products We Expect for 2025: Our CSA runs for 34 weeks for our 3 Seasons CSA, 8 weeks for Spring, 16 weeks for Summer, and 10 weeks for Fall , from April to January . Each week, you will receive a share of the freshest seasonal produce. The variety and quantity of produce will vary depending on the season and weather conditions. 4. Sharing in Uncertainty of Crop Failure: While we strive to provide an abundant harvest, farming is inherently unpredictable. By joining our CSA, you agree to share in the risks of crop failure due to weather, pests, or other factors beyond our control. In the event of a poor harvest, we will do our best to provide you with a fair share of what is available. 5. Sharing in the Reward of Crop Surplus: In good years, when the harvest is plentiful, you will receive a larger share of produce. We believe in sharing the bounty with our members who support us through thick and thin. 6.
